Terms and Conditions.



Apply for a loan and get paid out during September, for a chance to win 1000AUD Voucher. New customer or existing customer? Doesn't matter. Everyone will enter the competition and might be the big winner at the end of September. Read the terms and conditions below and go for it. Good luck everyone!


1. Organizer

The contest is organized by Ferratum Australia Pty Ltd (Australian Credit Licence 409512).


2. Participation

The contest is conducted exclusively on the internet.

Any customer who meets the conditions below has the right to participate:

A permanent resident of Australia.

Over the age of 18.

Agree to publish their name, if they are deemed a winner.

Apply for a loan and gets paid out by end of September.

All new customers and existing customers with a paid out loan between: 01.09 - 30.09 will automatically enter the raffle for a chance to win the big prize.

Can only be registered once using their legal name, postal address, email, and phone number.

Confirms that they have read and understood these regulations and agree to the terms and conditions set out.

Only participants who complete the required information will be entered.

The Organizer reserves the right to remove or refrain from publishing any material deemed inappropriate.


3. Prize

One winner is selected during the contest period. The contest period is Septemnber 1st, 2020 to September 30th, 2020. The prize is 1 (One) $1000.00 AUD voucher. The winner of the contest will be selected through by the Organizer. Winner of the contest cannot change the prize offered by the Organizer. Winner will be contacted via phone/ email in the next 7 days after the raffle. If the winner cannot be reached within 7 days of the winner's selection, the Organizer will give the prize to the 2nd winner (which will be selected same time as backup).
