Pin Reset Help
Having trouble resetting your pin? Try these trouble shooting tips below:
- If you are an existing customer but have forgotten your pin you can use the pin reset tool You will need to enter the email address that is linked to your Ferratum account. This is probably the email you used when you first signed up.
- Once you have entered your email and clicked reset pin you should receive a new pin within 5 minutes. Make sure you check your spam, junk & clutter folders, sometimes it ends up hidden in there.
- Use the new pin we sent you to log in on the login page. Make sure you keep your pin somewhere safe so that you have it for next time.
